Sabuj H Chowdhury, FCA, a dynamic Professional Accountant, has served global technology giants, telco and big4 professional firm stalwartly to building enterprise value. Twenty years of global and multinationals experience as an executive in early stage, senior managerial and leadership role in high growth companies operating in Southeast Asian and global marketplace. He is a fellow Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) after having post-graduate degree on accounting with distinction and obtained diploma on management degree from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (IIM, K).

Mr Chowdhury has 20+ years of experience as CFO, Business Controller, corporate executive and audit senior role at HMD Global Oy, Microsoft, Nokia Corporation, Telenor/Grameenphone, TMI/Aktel, Deloite & Touché ME and Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co where he led full finance team, business partnering with sales, marketing, HR, Care and Logistics and/or drive own department successfully. He has excellent track records to handle multi-country/markets business finance function in multiple geography in Southeast Asian countries and Middle East (Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, Nepal, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). He has been rewarded as the best performer in his corporate career many times.

He has comprehensive and in-depth knowledge/experience across all corporate finance i.e. strategy setting, financial planning, reporting & performance evaluation, Merger & Acquisition, Business Valuation, Policy and Procedures review and further improvements, business process management, funding & risk management, SOX Compliance and process improvement, IT and ERP Integrations Projects, new business feasibility, consumer products pricing, market survey, channel margin and commission fixation, Retail channel survey and Auditing, project management, accounting, auditing and fiscal matters. He is very keen to learn and adopt with AI, Robotic and Digital transformation process.

Mr Chowdhury attended series of foreign training and workshops as a trainer/participant. He travelled Finland, Turkey, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, India, Nepal and Bhutan.
